Warranty:

All Fargen hand crafted tube amplifiers are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner and free from defects in materials for 3 years from the date of purchase by the original owner provided that:

• Problems are not the result of misuse, abuse, tampering, circuit modification, improper tube installation (incorrect orientation of tubes can damage the amp), or spilled beverages, as these will void the warranty.
• The amplifier is shipped to Fargen Amplification in the original packing materials with all warranty freight to be paid by the purchaser

Fargen Amps Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help get the situation corrected and work with you on an appropriate solution.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item for exchange or store credit from the date you received it. We DO NOT offer cash refunds on custom or special order amplifiers.

We do offer exchange, full store credit or a one time custom voicing once the return has been approved. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase + the RA# that we assign to it.

Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
